So cute!!!! You guys are beautiful. Love the third pic of Joel smiling at the stuffed animal, and the 4th pic with Anna.
Iris and Aaron had a grand time yesterday. Iris took many pics with my camera at the Atlanta History Center, mostly of one of the chandeliers. I think she was less fascinated with the energetic Lion Dance than she was with those chandeliers. After a nice program of dance and music, she and Aaron chased squirrels outside and gathered pine cones, then we came back to our place and they played Word Girl for several hours, displacing futons and rugs as they chased each other about. :)
Oh, we also made Chinese lanterns out of construction paper at the Atlanta History Center. Iris took home two.
Iris seriously wanted to help me with the dishes in the kitchen when I was cleaning up but there wasn't much for her to do.
Missed you and Anna, and are so looking forward to you getting home with Joel. I bet Anna is having a great time.
What a cutie - I hope he is adjusting well.
Marye! I am so glad you have Joel and that he has you! I was worried when I heard on the news about all the snow. We are SO excited for you

PS I see our friend Lucy posted a comment just before me----I am thinking Ally is from the same orphanage as Joel? Ally and her forever family were part of our four-family HFC group in Gaungzhou when we got Grier. How is that for a coincidence?!
Marye,
Joel is a doll! I pray the rest of your trip goes well and the weather doesn't cause you any trouble.
I'm praying for you each day.
Love,
Jan
Congratulations, Marye and family! Joel is adorable. Praying for good weather for you. (Our other friends in China are having issues getting from Nanchang to GZ because of the winter weather. They are having to go by train instead of by plane.)

Hi Marye,
You haven't posted in a while, so I'm just checking in on you and letting you know I'm still thinking about you and praying for you. I hope all is well.

Mommy,
I love you!I love my baba. And I love my grandma and my Anna. I've been playing "Word Girl" with my dad.I've been playing lots with Jake and Shane. I went to Burger King today and had chicken nuggets. I've been jumping on the trampoline. I love Jake and Shane. Can't wait to see you!
Love, Iris
Hi Marye, I am so happy and excited for you. You are all in my prayers. I hope Joel is soon over his cough (lots of prayer requests for this) and that your journey home will be uneventful. Can't wait to meet #3. You are my hero. Love ya. Pam.
